Goods Return Policy
As our products fall under cosmetics, regrettably we cannot accept returns for health or hygiene reasons if the products have been opened. Should you have any issues or concerns with the product, please contact within 48 hours of receiving, whereupon we will address the nature of your complaint.
Items ordered will be dispatched within 1 business day of order placement, our business hours are Monday to Friday, this does not include bank holidays and weekends and is subject to stock availability. In the event of stock shortages, we will communicate with you timeously to advise of any unforeseen issues encountered with your order. Delivery time is expected to take between 2-5 business days, depending on courier or mail service selected. Please note that we accept no responsibility for late deliveries due to postal or courier delays. Buyers will receive notification of dispatch once your purchase has been shipped.
